Over 40+ years of experience
Donald Riddell your personal kilted guide has lived and worked in and around Glenlyon for over 40 years and knows every twist and turn. This love of the Glen comes from a long family association with it as Sir Donald Currie his Great Grandfather purchased estates here in 1890. These family connections have given him a passion and knowledge of the area with its amazing wildlife, environment rich heritage and fascinating culture.
He has also been a Safari guide for the last 30 years having started and directed with his wife Julie the award winning 5 star Highland Safaris based near Aberfeldy before selling it in 2022.
Nature is his passion and passion about the area is in his nature so you will not just have a normal sight seeing tour but will be immersed into the History, Culture and Biodiversity of this amazing area.
In his spare time he also crafts Red Deer Antlers.
